Cancellation Requests
Cancellation terms can vary by reservation type, event date and any special terms shown during booking. Contact Bellingham Event Limo as soon as possible if plans change.
How to Cancel
Email bookings@bellinghameventlimo.com or call/text (360) 672-3188. A cancellation is not considered complete until it has been acknowledged.
Checkout Holds
Cancelling or abandoning an unpaid checkout does not create a permanent reservation. Temporary calendar holds are released according to the booking system’s hold rules.
Refunds
Any refund or cancellation amount is governed by the specific reservation terms provided at booking and applicable law. If the service cannot be provided due to an operator cancellation, Bellingham Event Limo will communicate the available remedy directly.
