Information you provide

Quote and reservation forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, event details, pickup area, itinerary information and notes needed to price and perform limousine service.

Payment information

Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout. The website does not ask you to type card numbers into the event quote form.

Calendar and reservation processing

Reservation information is used with the shared limousine availability calendar to prevent conflicting bookings, create confirmed calendar events and support itinerary updates.

Email communications

Transactional messages can include quote acknowledgments, booking confirmations and reservation updates. A limited saved-quote follow-up may be sent after an incomplete quote. Commercial follow-ups include an unsubscribe option.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers used to operate the service, including website hosting, Microsoft 365/Outlook and Stripe, subject to their own privacy and security practices.
