Reservation Agreement

Use of this website and submission of a reservation request indicate acceptance of these terms. A limousine reservation is not confirmed until the booking system or Bellingham Event Limo provides confirmation.

Availability & Holds

Availability can change until checkout begins. When online checkout is offered, the system may place a temporary hold on the requested service window while payment is completed. A permanent calendar reservation is created only after successful payment and confirmation.

Pricing

Displayed pricing is based on the trip information supplied by the customer and may require review for custom routes, unusual pickup locations, waiting time, additional stops, route changes, holidays or special events. The website will not intentionally guess a route surcharge when a trip requires manual review.

Changes

Itinerary changes are subject to availability and may change the total service time or price. Changes requested close to pickup should be made by phone or text at (360) 672-3188.

Passenger Conduct

No smoking is permitted in the limousine. The customer is responsible for damage, excessive cleaning, or prohibited conduct caused by members of the party. Child safety seats are supplied and installed by the responsible adult, not by the limousine service.

Delays & Events Beyond Control

Traffic, road closures, ferry disruptions, severe weather, public-safety restrictions and other circumstances outside the operator’s reasonable control can affect travel time. Customers should provide complete and accurate itinerary details and allow appropriate travel time.
