Quotes and availability

Website availability is checked against the shared limousine calendar. A displayed quote does not hold the limousine. Availability can change until checkout creates a temporary hold and successful payment is confirmed.

Online payment

Online reservations use Stripe-hosted Checkout. Full payment secures an online reservation unless a different arrangement is expressly confirmed in writing. Financing or pay-over-time options, when offered by Stripe, are subject to the provider’s eligibility, terms, interest and fees.

Reservation time and itinerary

Your reservation covers the confirmed service period. Pickup locations, destinations and stops should be accurate. Material itinerary changes may require review and may affect feasibility, time or price.

Additional time

Additional limousine time is subject to availability. The current extension structure is $75 per 30 minutes ($150 per hour). No additional time is guaranteed until confirmed.

Travel pricing

Automated pickup-area travel charges are used only for ZIP codes already in the booking system’s audited table. Other areas require manual review.

Passenger capacity and conduct

Maximum vehicle capacity is eight passengers. The customer is responsible for the conduct of the group and for following chauffeur safety instructions and applicable law.

Damage and extraordinary cleaning

Normal cleaning is included. Customers may be responsible for extraordinary cleaning, damage, missing property or costs caused by passenger conduct beyond ordinary service use.

Cancellation and schedule changes

Contact Bellingham Event Limo as soon as possible if plans change. Refundability and rescheduling depend on timing, circumstances, committed operating costs and the written terms associated with the reservation.

Gratuity

Gratuity is optional.
