Frequently asked questions.

The practical details before you reserve the limousine.

How many passengers fit?

The stretch limousine is set up for up to eight passengers.

What is the minimum reservation?

The automated pricing system uses a 3-hour minimum on most days and a 4-hour minimum on Saturdays.

How does pricing work?

The online system prices the selected time package, then adds a pickup-area travel surcharge only when that ZIP already exists in the audited pricing table. Unknown ZIPs go to manual review rather than receiving a guessed price.

Does the website actually check the limo calendar?

Yes. The booking backend checks the shared Outlook limousine calendar before a quote advances toward checkout and checks again before payment is started.

When is the limousine held?

Beginning checkout creates a short temporary hold while secure Stripe Checkout is open. The reservation becomes permanent after successful payment and confirmation.

Can I add multiple stops?

Yes. The booking flow supports a first pickup, additional pickups, destination, itinerary stops and notes.

Can I change the itinerary after paying?

Confirmed customers receive a secure itinerary-management link. Changes remain subject to availability and operational feasibility.

Can I request more time?

Yes. Additional service is currently structured at $75 per 30 minutes ($150 per hour), subject to calendar availability and confirmation.

How is payment handled?

Online payment is completed on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Your card details are not entered into the Bellingham Event Limo website form.

Is gratuity required?

No. Gratuity is optional.

What if my ZIP does not get an instant price?

Submit the custom quote form. The route will be reviewed manually instead of assigning an unverified travel surcharge.
